Playground: Very safe. Dog-friendliness: Lots of dog lovers out with their pets, must be on lead when on the site.

We arrived midweek to site like drowned rats mid week after 3 days of solid rain. The reception where very attentive of our needs and placed us in an available pitch that was stoned. As for the site in a beautiful quiet location next to the river (as the name suggests), bins are emptied regularly, toilets are always clean and with great facilities. Little adventure park, shop in reception, Swimming pool, plenty of entertainment for the family. Is about a 15 min drive or 45 min walk into Newquay beach side. Would definitely visit again

A really lovely, tucked away place to stay in Cornwall. Its a 5 minute drive from nearby Newquay, but youd never know it as its so quiet. The park has a really well maintained indoor heated pool, and a nice play park for children. It seems to be a nice mixture of long-term residents and holiday lets. Our big family stayed across the Trevilley Cabin and a Roseland Lodge. Both are big enough to comfortably sleep 6 and 7, respectively.
