Excellent customer service. I expected to have to collect the remainder of my prescription when back in stock so was surprised when it was delivered to my home.

Not impressed with this pharmacy at all! I asked for a refund on a faulty product (and had a proof of purchase!) and they refused to do so. I only bought it a couple of weeks ago and they also agreed it was faulty! But no refund. Disgraceful! Avoid this pharmacy. Also, I didn't even get an apology!

Not impressed by customer service at this pharmacy today, Pharmacist dispensed wrong medication (old prescription) went to return minutes later on discovery to be told they cant offer a refund as its left premises. This was a matter of minutes, clearly could see box still sealed and untampered and no signs in pharmacy or on their website that this is their policy not had I ever been advised of this during the transaction process , this practice could potentially be detrimental to health and wellness of customers. They wanted to me to pay again for the correct medication which they didnt even have in stock!! I would also point out the only reviews that receive acknowledgment are those that are positive and negative reviews are not given any response!
