        We booked for 2 weeks, but due to covid we can't visit the UK and had to cancel. We could book for next year instead, but our dates were not available anymore. I asked if it was possible to get a refund. This was not possible. Even when I asked for 50-50. 2 weeks later I saw that our dates were rebooked for the 2 weeks. I did send a email and asked if I could get my deposit back now. Julie didnt response. I think this is not ok and very rude!
