        Says dog and child friendly but there's no fencing round the property which is attached to owners house and farm dogs/cats wandering around, nice conservatory but nowhere suitable to sit comfortably outside plus one of the plastic chairs provided snapped in half as I was sitting on it and when we told the owners they just texted back with "ok" also you can't cook anything in the grill without setting off the smoke alarm, won't ever visit again - East rose cottages btw are much better and cost less
