Colliford Lake Hotel & Holiday Site

Checked in Saturday at around 6pm, checked out Saturday at around 6:20pm. Worst hotel I have ever been to. First, we were greeted by a young fella at reception. I knew it was downhill from there because the smell in the room was terrible. He took us up into the room, and the corridor had lights not working. As soon as he opened the hotel room door, I knew I had to get out of there. Mould in the bathroom, mould in the bedroom. Stains on the bedding, stains on the table, and a stench that would drive a homeless person out for some air freshener. I called the manager and he refunded me and I booked in at another hotel. Do not go to this hotel.

Double bedroom, mobile type in confirmation email, Glamping pod stated in their booking system, but nothing Glamping at all. Toilet and shower is away from the pod. Never mentioned in the description that there is a shared public toilet and shower. Cafe and restaurant are not in operation. Info on web site incirrect. No suitable outfits to walk outside at 6 degree celsius at night to go to toilet. Left the place and booked another place to stay. The hotel refused to refund, not even a penny. Very very disappointed.
