Stayed just one evening on a motorbike and small tent. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Site is well kept and clean, facilities are good. A year on and a brief return visit. This time upgraded to their Hobbit House, a warm and fun place to stay. The site remains pristine and the staff very accommodating.

Very tidy camp site. We stayed in the hobbit Glamping option. This was effectively a wooden circular teepee. It came equipped with a bunk bed and a sort of pull out double bed. Small TV and Kettle were the mod cons. A barbecue and picnic bench was next to it although the BBQ didn't have a griddle so we had to use our own although I'm sure they'd have provided us with one had we asked. The washroom facilities were spotless and the site was very clean and tidy. A sandy play area and a safe place for the children to run around. One suggestion is a washing line to hang out the wetsuits etc. Friendly staff. Swimming pool was indoors and very relaxed. Close to Daymer and Polzeath made it the perfect location for a summer break.
