Friendly staff, a good place for bee related products, especially beeswax and honey, the shop could do with a bit of an update though as it feels like it's an after thought. I've been visiting every so often when on holiday since I was a child some 20years ago and it's largely unchanged in that time besides removing the cafe. There's an unusual mismatch of products, some are cheap and some are high quality such as Portmeirion dinner plates and bowls. Personally (maybe they'll read this) I think they'd do well to focus on purely bee related items (like the bee cosmetics they stock) that travel well since most visitors are on holiday and can't sacrifice the space or safely transport an expensive Portmeirion bowl a few hundred miles back home, place mats and coasters may serve a better choice instead, along with table cloths, towels and throws with a bee theme, today's children are more familiar with paw patrol, octonauts etc than with Winnie the Pooh, so I think that should be considered and either sell Winnie the Pooh plush toys since kids like them or just drop Winnie the Pooh entirely, I expect there's a bee type Pokmon that could fill it's place.
