St Minver Holiday Park

Cooker hob and radiators had fluff and dirt hanging down from them. NO entertainment the whole week we were there, despite the fact entertainment was advertised, when spoke to staff, they say 'sorry about that'. Club house shut at 10 10.15pm every night. Shower was hanging off the wall in bathroom. Cracks in kitchen cupboard doors. Bed linen very outdated. Double bed not suitable for two people especially if you are tall, feet hang out of bed. Woodland walks non existant. Swimming pool outdated and time slots not suitable. Stairs in Manor House - floorboards unstable. Dining area - our drinks fell off our table as it was unstable. No table tennis balls or bat available for when we wanted to play. Worst caravan holiday in 40 years, will not go to a Parkdean ever again. We usually go to Haven and will continue to do so in the future. Arcade small and only 5 out of 10 of the 2p machines were in working order. Don't waste your money at St. Minver Parkdean.

17th April for 4 days. This was our 5th visit to St Minver, we treated ourselves to a Trehawk 3 bed lodge. We were disappointed with the cleanliness especially the kitchen and dining room table. The kitchen cupboard handles were sticky and had food residue on them, the dining table also had food residue and cup stains on it. We spent over a half an hour cleaning to ensure we were safe. The lodge interior itself was dated, some painting had taken place, albeit not very well, there was paint residue all over the door. We stay in many Parkdean resorts, upon arrival at our lodge there should always be a toilet roll in each toilet, sadly there were none in this one, We had to go to the shop and pay a fortune for some to enable people to use the toilet. The Wifi was none existent, even at the hub we could not get a connection, very disappointing. Upon leaving we were asked by message to strip the beds of the linen. The other elderly couple staying with us found the quilt interior disgusting, on the single beds It was thin, and very dirty. The best place for them should be in the bin or an incinerator, I like the location of the park hence why we have been back many times, I have to question if I would come back again.
