Just got back from staying here for a week with our dog & 2 kids both under 2. Once we had baby proofed the main room by removing a few climbing obstacles we settled right in. Neighbours offered us tea & coffee on arrival which was a nice offering especially after our eldest had just thrown up in the car 50 yards from the house. Now the house..... its has everything you need for a proper cornwall holiday. All items like bodyboards, skim boards, cricket set,bowls, chairs and a wind break are all available from the shed on the back of the house which we found so useful. We brought our fire stick for the tv which worked wonders as tv was just freeview. Wifi was brilliant we had no issues at all with it. The garden is amazing for small children and dogs. Its all enclosed with nothing around to climb on or break....perfect for our eldest & dog to play in. You get discounted golf for staying here as its on the site. 17 for evening golf and 16 for a buggy.....the course is unreal. I will be bringing more than 5 clubs next time. Polzeath is a 15-20minute walk which is ideal for dog walkers in the morning as the beach is only dog friendly until 10 & the cone zone offer a fabulous breakfasts and drinks. Daymer bay is also a 10minute drive again ideal for dog walkers as its dog friendly all day. The location of kensa is ideal for walks,beach days and golfers. My fiance was also very impressed with the welcome pack she loved all the gifts in there. I couldnt recommend this place any more.....will 100% be returning hopefully for 2 weeks next time.

My family and I have just enjoyed a 4 day break staying in kensa toll. Polzeath is an area close to my families hearts and this accommodation was absolutely perfect! 15 minute walk maximum to the beach, 2 minutes away from the clubhouse, and a small distance to drive from lots of lovely places. Kensa toll was the cherry on top of a perfect holiday! We also enjoyed a lovely meal at the bear bar next door on our last evening. Could not fault the accommodation on arrival, exceptionally clean and well equipped, everything we could need was there including complimentary tea, coffee, towels etc. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dog friendly cottage close to the beach with lovely views
