We only stayed in one side of the property, which sleeps 4 (2 double room, with en-suites) l. But you can hire the entire property, which I think sleeps 12. The location is amazing, you are a short drive from Polzeath, which you can easily walk to buy does take a little longer. You are also 10 minute from reaching the coastal path with some amazing views. The property is beautifully presented, beds are comfortable, and a travel cot was provided for our 18 month old. I wouldn't suggest taking young children on the coastal path, as it can be very windy, steep and fairly close to the edge at times. The only reason that this is not five stars is because the WiFi is almost unusable. This would not normally be a problem for most but if you have children or self employed members of the family then checking emails or doing a bit of light work is sometimes unavoidable. Apart from internet use/wifi this was a fantastic place to stay.
