I made a complaint about my child wellbeing which i tried to resolve with them before taking it formal and they went and reported the incident to police and tried to ban me picking up my daughter by making false allegations. This is a organisation that doesn't accept responsibility and are willing to waste police and third party services time which will affect the children. This is not a place to send your child especially if they are black as the owner is a blatant racist who acts as a narcissistic to deflect any problems. Its a young nursery which has only been registered since 17th January 2020. Get a nursery with experience under their belt or else your child will go hungry, crying in the mornings not wanting to go to school because of bullies.

This place is a hidden gem! We couldn't be happier with the care, attention and support our daughter receives from Shooting Star Childcare. Our daughter has attended since she turned 1; it was a daunting time, as this would be the first time we had to leave our little girl in the hands of someone else....but we couldn't' be happier with the choice we made. We are kept up to date with everything that is happening. Once we log in to the live/secure system we can see photos, videos and updates about what she has been up to, eaten and how she is getting on. Our daughter LOVES her time at Shooting Star Childcare. She has developed so much, in such a short space of time! We owe a huge thank you to Subna and the team and would strongly recommend them to any parent out there looking for the best environment to send their children.

I want to thank Shooting Star Childcare - Welling Ltd for taking care of my child. I very happy it is a multicultural community, as a black mum I feel safe for my child to be in this nursery setting. I would recommend this daycare to anyone who lives in the area. It is literally the best and a flexible daycare. A very big thanks to this setting, I really appreciate it.
