    AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These management agents are liars, incompetent, amateurish and incapable. They care only for their egos and profits. They show no regard for the health and safety of their contractors and tenants. Tony, the Directory of Sennen is a crook. He lies, despite having the facts put in front of him. They chase for money, unlawfully. They ignore requests to review expenditures and receipts. They do not respond to questions, they do not respond to subject access request. It took as much as a court pre-action notice to get them to resolve the sewage issues we had due to their negligence and failure. I spent over 1000 out of my own pocket, which was not reimbursed in order to prove their guilt when they flat out lied about their involvement and I spent weeks building a comprehensive case file against them, upon which they saw my letter, withdrew and resolved the issue. They are liars, and do not, in any circumstances appoint this company. They cannot even do something as simple as share codes to bin stores, the council did not know the bin store code after it changed and we had rubbish piling up for weeks and now have a rat infestation. They again, refuse liability. Edit since response: If this is so untrue and defamatory as you so claim, then sue me. I know this response is late, but the development isnt much better. Doors have been unlocked for over a month with many parcels stolen. Still have mouldy corridors.

    09/01/2023 Sennen have been very professional and efficient in managing the property. Tony is very supportive and helpful. Managing the teething issues of a new build development is never easy, but Tony and his team walked us through the processes and was always on hand to provide support. Carry on the good work! Elaine Crawford-Eaton has been so helpful with issues arising from the new Service Charge schedule for our block. Responds so quickly and professionally.

    Clowns, absolute clowns. We went down the correct avenues and channels of communication several times but our patience had just come to an end. Something as simple and menial as an EWS1 form or confirmation on headed paper could not be supplied despite numerous ways of trying to contact. Very poor communication with zero lack of empathy for our situation. This nearly collapsed our chain trying to move and this had been explanined numerous times. When it's time for them to payed, they're all over it and to be frank, i'm still not entirely sure what we pay them for! Jokers this lot.

    Seriously frustrating, every time we call were directed to the same person who is only available by email, never in and never replies, oh and when she does reply its unhelpful! Sennen are holding up our entire selling and buying process for the simple sake of needing to help provide an EWS1 form or a headed letter to state one does not apply! Youd think this would be very standard practise but apparently not possible! Oh and considering we pay a fair amount each year, extra costs seem to yet still apply for selling property and like I said holding up our entire chain! Ridiculously stressful! Please dont say to contact info@sennen because weve been down this route and guess what! No reply!!
