        Several promises of email responses ignored. Took 3 days to clear a bank transfer. Missed their own delivery date then addressed and delivered the goods to the wrong address. Even when I rang up and asked to speak to Liam (to complain) I was told he was busy then later in the day he was allegedly on holiday!!! Needless to say we won't be using Supreme pens again!..... I see that a reply has been posted. The fact that the delivery address on the order was ignored. Plus......The fact that the reply is a year after the original review was posted speaks volumes!!! Customers beware......
