Very pleased with our bespoke garden gate. Naomi was very helpful with ordering, recommending fittings and instructing on supply of measurements. Lee was punctual, professional and friendly for the fitting which wed recommend. Product is perfect and service exceptional.

I regret to say that my experience with Tekplas has been nothing short of a disappointment. Despite spending over 600 on six compost bins, the majority of the braces provided were unfit for purpose and snapped and bent within two years, including the replacements that were sent, which were also the wrong colour. In addition, all of the lids have warped due to the heat from the compost, even though the plastic is marketed as being specifically suitable for compost bins. As a result, I have been forced to replace them with alternative products that actually work. To add insult to injury, my negative reviews of the product were deleted from the Tekplas website, which only seems to allow positive reviews. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the service I received from Tekplas, and I will not be purchasing from them again. It is disheartening to have wasted such a significant amount of money on a product that failed to live up to its advertised standards.

I am a complete amateur when it comes to DIY but needed to order a new uPVC side gate with a curved top as our existing wooden one had started to rot. Thankfully I contacted Tekplas. Naomi was super-patient, super-helpful and answered my (many) questions. Our shiny new gate was ready in good time and was delivered beautifully packaged and exactly as arranged. Our joiner fitted it with no problems and we are absolutely delighted with the result. There was even a QR Code enclosed for a YouTube video on installation. First class service with special thanks to Naomi!

Really happy! I ordered fencing and also have a puppy pen from Tekplas - Naomi has been super helpful with providing various quotes! I also had some unique delivery instructions and she helped in every way possible to help ensure our needs were met. Would 100% recommend Tekplas. The fencing also looks great it looks very smart and great for what we need for our business. Thank you!

Buyer beware. Very pricy, poor quality (faded colour, flimsy and metal parts faded and rusted) and very poor communication. Avoid at all cost and dont waste your money and time.
