Contacted Leigh just yesterday with my Mini issue. Explained the problem and he offered me the chance to look at it if I could get the car down to the garage (I took it straight away and left it there) Issue diagnosed, new part fitted and sorted within 24 hours! Sadly puts another chained garage locally to shame after they pulled my pants down and told me it was a specialist job to fix. Struck absolute gold with Leigh - had an issue with a faulty door lock and after multiple replacements it would continuously get stuck in the lock position. Leigh put countless hours into figuring out what the problem was as he had never known a door lock to be such a big issue. The service was outstanding and I will be recommending him to anyone I know that needs work carried out on their BMW. Glad Ive found someone that really does know their stuff! Lee is absolutely brilliant! The time, effort and patience he put into informing me about my car and carrying out the required work was outstanding. When Lee went to add the work onto the online Mini/BMW system, he called to inform me that the previous company I used for my service had not added it. He was not only kind enough to inform me but advised on what I should do and how, with his help, it was quickly resolved. Lee's prices are competitive and fair, his customer service is 10/10 and I will definitely return in the future. Recommending without a doubt!
