This review is not a reflection of the quality of their work, but their treatment of local residents. They park their recovery truck on double yellow lines outside their premises on Doman Road, causing a constant obstruction close to a bend in the road, meaning you have to drive on to the opposite side of the road just before a bend to pass it. No one would mind if it was there while unloading or loading, but it is parked there for hours at a time without moving, every day. If you are short of parking don't inconvenience the entire estate. This is not a one off, it is left there for the majority of the working day, week in, week out.

Having collected my restored Toyota RAV4, I have to say that the process from start to finish has been exceptional and Sandown Coachworks (Camberley) epitomise customer service in every way! I was informed at every milestone via a dedicated portal, email or phone call, the staff were on the ball, friendly and courteous at EVERY level and had the pleasure of speaking personally to the reception team, courtesy car organiser, bodyshop team and valeter who all enjoyed working for Sandown Coachworks (Camberley), took immense pride in their work / job, had a genuine smile and were interested in the customer - certainly left a lasting impression. Overall, I would highly recommend Sandown Coachworks and join the others who have left glowing reviews - the car was presented in showroom condition leaving the horrors of the initial incident a distant memory. Well done TEAM - you are a credit to the service industry and set a very high bar!
