Wellingtons & Lucy were there for us throughout the whole process, answering all questions, providing advice, and a completely personal experience. In what has been a crazy year for the housing market and uncertain financial times, we were thrilled with the whole process and sale price for our home which Lucy worked tirelessly to achieve and saw through to the final moments. In what is already such a stressful process, I was beyond thankful to have Lucy there for us throughout the whole experience! Thank you for everything Lucy!!

If I could award 6 stars I would. Top notch communication, unswerving commitment, unrivalled market experience all wrapped up in a highly personable individual that is Lucy. She goes above and beyond any other estate agent we've ever met, to not just meet her clients' expectations but to completely smash them! Completely changing the view of how the public view estate agents - one client at a time! She also completely obliterated the ceiling price for our road and when we sell our next house - she will be the first port of call. 100%.

Lucy worked tirelessly to ensure the sale of our flat in Sunningdale. She offered a service above and beyond any local agent (e.g WhatsApp availability almost 24/7) and always kept us updated of the progress, market conditions and top tips. Local agents tried to persuade me that a new agent to market would never obtain the breadth of marketing that their own agents could but I knew, conversely, Wellingtons would go above and beyond any Salesperson as it was Lucys name on the line and her commitment to make it work. We would highly recommend Wellingtons to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! Lucy's approach is very different from other High Street estate agents and it was an easy decision to sign up with her. The superior marketing materials, personal service and affordability were a cut above the rest. I'm happy to say that Lucy did everything she said she would do. She managed to sell our house above the guide price and we couldn't be happier with the result! The whole process went very smoothly and we cannot thank Lucy enough for all her hard work.
