Booked my car in as my in car entertainment system wasnt working properly. Was advised it would have to be plugged in for a diagnostic test. I booked it in for the 1 hour wait but 2.5 hours later had to call to find out whether my car had been looked at. Apparently it was ready but I didnt get a call; to be told my system couldnt be repaired and the whole system needed replacing at a cost of 2500! When I collected I was expecting some kind of report detailing what the issue was or an error code. Alas that wasnt possible and I had to pay 150 for this service. Im still baffled and frustrated that I paid 150 and have no idea what part of the system is malfunctioning. So I have a car that is 7 years old with a radio that will randomly change channels, a sat nav that just doesnt work and a phone system that will starting calling people of its own accord which I cant stop unless turning it off.
