        Turned up as booked our car in over a week ago and was told they couldnt look at it as there ramps that they put the cars on had failed an audit. No apology nothing. A call would of been nice to tell us. Chap we spoke to was very unhelpful and so negative! We have been a regular customer for years. Will not be rushing back!!
