Took out none starter van in after towing it there from home. They kept it for around four hours before calling and saying they had run diagnostics and couldnt find anything wrong and we needed to take it to a diesel specialist and were charging us 70. RAC attended, sprayed it with quick spray and started it and gave us two probable and well known faults that were likely causing the issue. Managed to drive it home without issue. Poor show! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent service. They always pick up and drop my car for no extra charge which is very helpful for getting the car done while working from home. Reasonable pricing.

Left car the evening before ready for an 8am "while you wait" service booking. Got dropped at 9.30 to pick up and they hadn't even started it. Really half hearted sorry it got missed and was left with a 90 minute wait. Didn't even offer up a coffee whilst I waited! Whilst waiting in their reception area I watched people arrive to collect cars being told if you can't see it out front it will be somewhere round back. They would then return to advise it was buried behind several other cars. Customer service at its best. Older lady arrived in a flap because a coolant light had come on in husbands Merc and he's out of the country. Was told to take it back to where its usually serviced. She asked if its safe to drive and the answer was "depends how low it is". She clearly doesn't know how to even open the bonnet you clowns!!! Same lady has gone in front ways and is worried about reversing out. Was basically told to just get on with it and come back in if there's a problem. The 90 minutes of my day wasted has at least had a comedy value !

Been using fox for about 7 years. Booked my car 2 weeks in advance for 8:30 MOT and standard service. Before the date I replied to their emails twice on different days and contacts to ask if the car could be ready B4 11am as otherwise I would have a good hours walk instead of my usual lift but both bounced back. Dropped the car off at 8:25 and asked the same question of the person on reception. Reply was no promises but with it being here this early it's likely to be done before 11am we'll call you. At 12:30 I called and was told half the job was done and we'll call you. At just 12:45 I had to start walking because otherwise I might not get there before they close at 2pm. I arrived quicker than I thought to find the car was already done and whilst I was in reception they called my home saying the car was ready. If I hadn't already left this didn't leave me enough time to collect before they closed. All in all a very stressful experience, they couldn't have been less helpful on this visit making me consider another garage in future. Service: General repairs & maintenance
