Ben - Support for Life

No assistance, no guidence no help

I asked for help from my manager regarding issues I was having and dark thoughts regarding my life. He got in contact with Ben who did not contact me, sometime later after I had struggled through on my own I reached out for help again and was given an app. This has not helped, if anything this has made it all worse I now know that there is nowhere to turn to in a crisis.

I approached Ben as I had nowhere else to turn during an extremely delicate and complex time. I cannot thank Stephanie Brown enough. She provided advice, support, solutions, and most importantly, actually cares!. She didn't just perform a tick box exercise without empathy (like my local authorities!), she actively checks up on me as well as 3rd parties to make sure things are moving in the right direction. To Steph and the rest of the Ben team working hard to help us out in difficult times......THANK YOU.

I approached Ben for some help with some complex issues I have currently. I cant thank Mair enough for the absolutely outstanding support she has given me. The service that Ben offer to people with difficulties in life is fur nominal. To anyone finding themselves in difficult times however small or complex I would highly recommend this service too you
