Formula One Autocentres - Camberley

Recently, I had a service done on my EV Hybrid vehicle. They done a fantastic job and even broken down how long it would take. The mechanic did even give me car tax advice that was given saying I could be looking at an increase in price even though I had called previously Dvla have given previous advice. I am happy to report its still nill Pau but have saved up money just In case.

Outstanding service. Fast, efficient and super helpful, your guy went above and beyond. You need to book nowadays, which kinda isn't helpful when you've had a blowout. But really can not fault the staff.

It is a great garage however promises been made and not kept:( I advise, when you pick up your car, take time check everything. That is my lesson learned, and in future I dont care if people are waiting to get served. when I paid for service received I been asked to pay more, even only activity been performed as originally agreed. The cashier did not believe me until I pulled out a quote I been given. This was back in 2022. The gentleman who I made the arrangements of getting all four tires changed we agreed that one of Tire which still looked good enough to be a spare tire, to put in my car so I have spare tire- which I thought was a great idea of him. Now I am giving my car a spring clean and noticed no spare tire, I called them and very polite as always they are, but the gentleman said , sorry no notes in here to put one of the 4 tires in your boot as a spare tire:( Lesson learned. Use different garage and ask for confirmation and Check everything straightaway as originally agreed. They been always good especially in emergencies, but I dont like when I been promised something and no follow through been done:( again I can be blamed as well that I have not checked when I picked up my car. Thanks again for the previous good service.
