        Was promised by the farnborough branch that they would be able to change bulb on the day of the MOT (as it wouldn't take long). They argued with me for 30 minutes saying it was a 30 minute job (ironically enough time to change the bulb) and I'd have to take it in for a retest long after my MOT was due. So was missold their motoring club for the "free" MOT. And after trying to contact halfords about this they were unable to cancel the membership so I am stuck paying 5.99 a month for nothing. Never shopping with halfords again.

        Just moved into the area. Used these guys for the first time, for service, MOT, and new breaks. Excellent experience throughout. Very friendly staff, not too expensive, and quick turnaround of the car. Would definitely recommend and Ill be using again. Thanks for a painless day lads

        Went to get a flat tyre sorted and they didn't have the tyre so dropped it off and they would contact me when it was sorted, got call and went back only for them to wheel me out the wheel and then said they had nobody to fit to my vehicle so you have to do it yourself basically, totally unprofessional won't be using them again
