Good service. I booked a small van, to but ended up with a larger one for the same price. Excesses are a bit scary, but I imagine these are standard across the industry. PS. Make sure you've got some extra funds available for the add-ons .

Helpful staff all the vehicles where clean an presentable only problem I found was parking to collect my car from my lock up as they seem to park there cars anywhere but as I said staff wher more than happy to help so not much of a problem to be fair

If I could have given 0 stars, that would be true a transit was broken into and approximately 4000 worth of tools stolen. Enterprises response, its nothing to do with us it's all down to you. Then left me with an unsecured van for over a week meaning I was unable to work even though on 2 occasions I was promised a replacement van worst customer service I've ever experienced
