Amazing service with a wealth of knowledge. I called up yesterday with a desperate need to get my rear tyre changed, and not only did they manage to get a new rear fitted for me the guys went above and beyond to book me in at a convenient time that suited my busy schedule. Great customer service highly recommended.

Blimey. James blew me away. I've been riding for 30yrs and have never had such a competent level of service on a motorcycle. He "met" my motorbike before quoting (for a service?!), offered several levels _and_ recommended the lowest cost one(!?), going on to find hidden issues and fixing unasked and free of charge, and spent his own time sending me photos of before and after works - effectively proving the level of quality and care he provides. What does this all mean? Trust. That's it. I handed over the keys to my pride and joy and James respected that trust further than I've experienced any other motorbike professional in my riding career. Thank you.
