Their work might well be excellent, but the company behaves very poorly with regards to their vehicle parking. Their business premises appears to not have enough parking for their vehicles, so rather than seeking a solution to this, they block off parking spaces on the public street with bins to reserve spaces for themselves. They are located on a busy industrial estate which is short of parking as it is, and it's a rude, arrogant move to decide that they are more important than the rest of the estates residents. You do not own the on street parking spaces near your business. This isn't acceptable behaviour.

NGA were great from start to finish. My wife and I chose a black lacquer stretch ceiling with fibre optic starry sky. We also decided to go for their lighting package which included tuneable white LED strip around the perimeter of the pool which we can control off our smart phones (My wife loves this!!). They also installed a number of spotlights within the ceiling which I hadnt realised was possible. Their sales manager invited me to the Camberley Office/ showroom where they had a number of the finishes on display which really helped us make up our mind. Despite their website looking a bit corporate, they showed us many examples of residential pools they have completed. I would certainly recommend NGA if you are considering a stretch ceiling in your pool.

Our office was in need of a revamp so we contacted NGA after being referred by a friend. We started by giving some general ideas about how we wanted the office to feel/ look. Using an independent lighting designer, they provided us with 3 concepts. We decided to go for one of the basic options which involved a light box in our board room, a branded moss feature wall in our reception area and a few lights in our main office space. From the initial contact with the sales team to the professional nature of the installers, the experience was great. When comparing with other companies, they werent the cheapest however they really knew their stuff and the quality of the products are fantastic. Well worth the extra money.
