        It's a very clean and well kept soft play. One of the better ones in the area. Plenty of different obstacles and activities. They just recently replenished their ball pit which is nice. Plenty of seating and great for parties.

        Great soft play with pirate themed decor and a great seating area. The toilets were clean and the hot chocolate was super good!

        Awful birthday ever I had here Thank God my daughter was to busy to notice She really wanted a party there but unfortunately couldn't get the party on the ship. As I talked on the reception they advised me to buy tickets,no food allowed apart from the cake which I followed As I got inside with my family we put the cake on the table and 3 from the staff came to tell me that we have to take the cake out I was in shock not to tell I ordered 5 pizzas and only one wasn't burned. This is not first time.doing a birthday here with tickets and we always had cake and no one said anything and I did for my 4 kids Shame is a.nice place and my kids love it but I'll never come back for other surprises In the end the manager told me oh you can sing happy birthwith the cake on the table but don't cut it take it home which is worse when there is kids
