        How is it possible to miss an entire meal off an order, does nobody check anything,it's not cheap and to be honest on the rare occasions I order anything, there's always an issue, really won't bother again

        Awful. everytime me and my boyfriend come here theyre so rude. We ordered boneless chicken they gave us bones. Thats okay everyone makes mistakes however we went back and waiting 10 minutes to be served ( no one was busy they were waiting around and talking) My boyfriend walked up to them and asked if he could be seen. he explained that the chicken wasnt bones less and then they proceeded to refuse for a refund or an exchange. they told him he had to pay 1 for them to fix there problem they made? they also told my boyfriend that next time it happens they will be charging full price? its appalling. rude workers, poor management and awful communication. Can i also add the boneless chicken we ended up getting after the argument, was also cold! never come here again.
