        Surely this business is very unlikely to commit to any saving environment goals. Having established the cause of our Greenwood extractor fan's failure, we decided to take advantage of Zehnder Group's office proximity to our home address and asked their customer services if they could supply a replacement PCB for our Airvac RF90TW. However, to our great disappointment, they responded with a polite refusal and the following explanation, which I find rather odd: "we wouldnt stock spare parts for this fan at all as they are manufactured as a whole unit. Our Camberley office also does not sell products/hold stock.", obviously without any indication of their other office that does sell products/hold stock, including spare parts. We consider this totally irresponsible, as we are encouraged to buy a new extractor fan and dispose massive plastic parts, which are all intact, together with working electric motor!
