SIMPLY THE BEST - THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE This is my first ever online review / post as I have never really had the time to spend to write a review, however I have nothing but the utmost respect and appreciation for Tracey, Steve and Ben for the help and assistance they gave to us during the past 8 months,. At a time when we needed good, trustworthy and reliable people and everyone else just wanted to rip us off. The story for us goes back to March 2021 when our landscape nightmare began. What should have been a 5 week project turned into a 5 month saga which still never got finished and we were left significantly out of pocket (life savings) for labour and materials which were never going to receive. In step Tracey and team to offer their help, support and literally went out of their way to help us with anything they could and with their help we finally completed our patio in October 2021. Their help and support didn't stop there. In April of this year (2022) I needed 24 tonnes of topsoil delivered in small increments, and once again Tracey and team came to the rescue. Cartley landscapes, thank you on behalf of our family for all the help you have given to us. We will be in touch, not doubt, very soon.

Unfortunately never sure that they are actually going to be open on time at 7am.... more than twice I have turned up at 7am on the way to a job to pick up supplies and have had to sit and wait up to 30mins for someone to turn up and open up. It has a knock on effect as it means I am then late to clients jobs and later finishing . Not a good start to any day! On the flip side when they do open service is good.
