Damian is a great architect. Right from the very first engagement I was impressed with the ease in which he explained what can and cannot be done. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. The 2D drawings were easy to understand and provides a detailed explanation where necessary. After planning approval I had to change the drawings couple of times and Damian was kind enough to accommodate that at nominal charge. I now have a build reg that I have asked my builder to quote on. So far I am very happy with the journey and would highly recommend him if you are looking to get planning and build regs done for your house extension project.

Whilst we did not directly use Damian's services he was very helpful and prompt in his communication in finding a structural engineering firm for us. We did not need an architect's plan in the end, but should we need architectural services in the future, we will reach out to Damian.

Damien at DOHarchitecture helped us gain planning for a change of use for a piece of land to the rear of our property. He provided a professional service and in a short period of time. We had previously found it hard to find the right information we needed and was going round in circles trying to sort out how to achieve a change of use for this land before we found Damien. He was able to quickly resolve our enquires and and help us in achieving a positive outcome. We would highly recommend DOHarchitecture.
