        Awful garage wouldnt allow my fuel due to having a plan van when the car next to me filled up no problems. cant be one rule for one and not the others total discrimination. Taking this up with a shell head office. Which also agree with me as they have a drive off policy. Also asked me to hold my phone behind the till which they cant do either. Dont use this garage and I will continue my complaint to the head of shell garages.

        Would not let passenger pay first and fuel up! Staff said the driver must fill up and pay never heard of this before making up rules as they feel like it. Arrogant and rude staff!!

        Never open at 06.00 - On Tuesday 27th September was still not open at 06.32 - this is not the first time that I have tried to get fuel at around 06.15
