        Third time eating at Crocadon but our first with the evening tasting menu. Dan and his team produce sublime miracles out of respectfully grown but ordinary produce. This food is the best thing that ever happened to a plant (and some gorgeous meats get a look in as well). Saturday night's nettle tempura was a stunning palate wakener and the 'aged bonfire parsnip' dessert was magically light yet sweetly mysterious. True alchemy that has to be tried to be believed.

        Worth every penny for Sunday lunch! These guys are geniuses. Everything is prepared with love and care. Delicious. And the location is sublime too. Away from noisy traffic and busy roads (thanks to the River Tamar), but still easy to get to. Just a totally wonderful experience.
