Ive been training with Aid for 8 months now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed personal trainers around. I really enjoy the variety & challenge he put into the sessions & then took on a personal one-on-one session as well! Aid is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and Ive seen improvements in my ability. Importantly: He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable & punctual always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoy working with Aid and have recommend Aid to my friends.
