Be aware paying over the phone as I experienced unauthorised card transactions after using this company. They were also 30 minutes late to pick up which made us miss our train. Do not use this company!

I booked a taxi in advance to take my cat to the vet (normally a stressful experience). This wasn't too much trouble (can be with others, especially Uber!). The person on the phone was very helpful and it was useful to be able to pay over the phone. The driver was friendly and professional- very grateful that he was OK with animals in the car! Will use again.

Awful customer service. I booked a taxi on behalf of a regular client who is disabled. The taxi picked us up fairly quickly but 10 minutes later I received a call from their office telling me that my taxi was waiting for us when I explained that we had already reached out destination on the taxi we booked this lady told me that I must have double booked them or call a different company because my taxi was still waiting for us and that I should not use their service again. I asked the driver and indeed he was my taxi from this company, when I called back the lady said shed made a mistake and needed to hang up because there was another customer waiting; to which I said I was a customer too. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend this people at all. Awful.
