Serena Morgan Therapy (SMT)

I have been seeing Serena weekly for the past few months whilst training for the London marathon and this is the best soft tissue treatment I I have ever received! She always listens and has an impeccable understanding of the human body and movement, which has helped educate me and improve the way I move to help reduce potential tension in my body. I would highly recommend her! She has an extremely high awareness and understanding like no one I have worked with before! She is also extremely kind, friendly and hilarious which is an added bonus. 10/10

Serena is great! I did a 1h30 soft tissue massage to help with my knee injury and I got really good results just after one session. I will definitely rebook!

Every time I visit Serena I leave feeling much better and with an improved understanding of muscular pain and tightness. She is an absolute stand-out at what she does and I've never had a better massage anywhere else!

I have no hesitation in giving Serena 5 stars. Absolutely amazing massage therapist. Honestly I had gone through 8 months of severe problems with my neck limiting my mobility and within 3 sessions she had got to the route cause and fixed it. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable I hugely recommend her.

Serena is the only therapist I trust in London! She has such a beautiful nature, she works intuitively & with passion! She is highly knowledgable & its clear she loves her work! Its an art form to map the body & treat so authentically the way Serena is able to! I cant recommend her highly enough! Do not miss out!!
