Terrible service for a hospitality company . We booked for 5 people from M&S company but unfortunately on the day something came up in our store and was impossible to make it . We didnt have 48 hrs to cancel as the booking was made the day before . We did not ask for a refund but we asked to rebook it which the person on the phone from Flight Club was rude and aggressive about . For sure M&S wont be a customer of this place . A little flexibility goes a long way . 0 stars

Really nice staff. We didnt play darts, we went for drinks. Really good Monday - Friday before 6pm deal on a bottle of Prosecco. Lola was absolute Amazing! Really accommodating!
