Lamberts Chartered Surveyors

Two bad leaks into two properties I manage in the same block, lack of response and assistance with regards to getting this resolved. I understand when it is a flat to flat leak its down to the owners to fix but when one owner does not respond, assistance is needed by block management. We have tried to call many times, please do advise what else we are meant to do in this situation...

We have worked with Lamberts for a couple of years and have found them to be efficient, helpful and very responsive in their role as Managing Agents for our building.

Awful company who act illegally and don't even check the leases of their clients! Imagine having your property manager trespass in your garden with other people who aren't meant to be there! On top of that, instructing works on other peoples property! This is criminal damage instructed by William Henneker, the corrupt property manager of Lamberts who treats tenants unequally ! AVOID!!!

I have worked with Lamberts Charted Surveyors for over 3 years. I find the company well organised and very professional . I have regular dealings with chad Bryant and Delena Minott both are very experienced in their field , both proactive and reactive to any problems. I would highly recommend both Chad and Delena for property management services.

I used this firm via a mortgage application, which i did not have to go with but chose them as they seemed reputable from the panel. Survey conducted by their team which the report had so many errors its a joke, as an example the surveyor put the next door as a restaurant when its a hairdressers, the year build, the rateable value, the market research data, comparable data, everything wrong, second report commissioned by myself with higher value being over 150k more and a large difference in opinion. This company seems to think errors on a report which cost 1800.00 is normal. RICS Regulated Firms must have a published complaints handling procedure (CHP) that meets the requirements of Rule 7 which this firm does NOT. only a telephone no. they do not provide their CHP before or after survey. This firm does not adhere to Beyond COVID-19 guide by the RICS, their comparable data used has serious errors confirmed by a second commission surveyor. terrible company. The firms comments are refuted CHECK YOUR SURVEY REPORT, i will be seeking my rights through all legal channels available.
