Fox was the best photo customer representative I have ever encountered. They had patience with a specific request to print on a custom size and made me feel very welcomed.

One staff was good with photocopying but took so long and charged more than they said before and denied when I told so, so I had to pay it. Later on, again I went for another photocopy and there was less perfection so I asked to do it again, so the person get annoyed and was giving me some reasons for it and also charged more than written on their sheet . Overall I had a bad experience.
