Called the pharmacy for some advise on antibiotics and the lady was very informative and steered me in the right direction on a Bank holiday weekend.

Worst experience ever. Avoid. This is not a shop that belongs in the lovely bexley village. The man who thinks he is a pharmacist was so rude to me. He told me to go back to my GP as no prescription was sent. Then when he found it he asked me what it was called. I didnt know the name of the medicine which my doctors prescribe. He spoke to me from way at the back of shop where the medicines was. That for a start was a red flag as if you are dealing with a customer you should go up to them at the counter. He had a real chip on his shoulder. His attitude belongs in the gutter. Im sorry the rudest person Iv ever met I personally think that he should not be dealing with the public and not be dispensing medicine to the general public. Some people might have a serious illness and need medication and to be greeted by this RUDE man will be enough to have the patient go back to the GP for something else. Please avoid. This chemist is also very dirty and Very dated. AWFUL experience.

Was suffering from a strong flu/virus and privately prescribed an antiviral, visited pharmacy and pharmacist lady gave me their email address to receive the prescription. Online clinic sent it in 2 minutes, I was in pharmacy for 20mins but she said no emails. Next day I was feeling worse and my wife visited the pharmacy to ask if they received prescription but the answer was still NO. And the medication should have been used in first 2 days but I lost 2 days already at pharmacy. The day after online clinic told me that I cant use the medication as it is too late now and they contacted with pharmacy to find out what happened, and then I am surprised with what pharmacy told to the clinic, they confirmed receipt of the prescription the first day clinic sent it! So as a result I spent 30 for prescription without any medication and pharmacy told me that they are sorry! I would like to say that they are not selling clothes or any other items it is medication and people are dying from these new strong viruses. I wish they were doing their job better.
