Noah is very inspiring and an extremely good personal trainer . He motivates and makes exercise a joy . He is patient and takes a real interest in ones wellbeing generally . I would highly recommend him .

Im an older client and needed help with nutrition and an overview of my fitness regime. Noah gave me invaluable advice about changing my diet; he was informative, kind and empathetic. First session with Noah was great he was a good balance between pushing me and gaging what I personally wanted to improve on and the pace I felt comfortable but challenged with. Recommend to anyone wanting a personally tailored and challenging session :)

Incredibly encouraging which was great as I really wasnt very confident at the beginning. But by the end I really felt like Id improved!!!!
