Have been using sallys nails for a while but will never go back, Lan the boss has got the worse customer service, she needs to take courses on how to speak to customers in front of other customers. I booked an appointment for my birthday, and had to go to Bournemouth in an emergency, so could not call to cancel, came back, booked another appointment, came in apologizing about the situation, in the salon with so many people, she started going on about coming back have nails repaired which was so unprofessional. If my nails were not done properly, and it comes off, of course Ill come to the original nail bar to have it fixed. With her behavior, speaking on top of her voice in her language, is another unprofessionalism , will take my service elsewhere. Customers bring business, they are literally your business, so have respect for them , keep them. And your business will grow. Good riddance to bad rubbish
