Terrible service. Asked for a simple job that would only take a few hours. I was quoted 400 which I agreed to as they had been recommended. 4 days later I called and asked how much longer and was advised tomorrow or the day after latest. After then I had all my emails and calls ignored. Since then I contacted a different company who actually did the job the same day for free. Honestly baffled by their behaviour

Ive used this family run business for over 10 years on my personal mortgages and for my property portfolio. I have always been very satisfied with the service I have received from them, as have the people I have recommended to use them. The fact that they are not tied to a particular lender means that they have been able to search the whole of the lender market for the best possible deals for my particular needs at the time. Im happy to keep using them and to keep recommending them to my family and friends.
