We first met Laura during our very long and arduous search for a new home. From the very first time we spoke, Laura has been incredibly honest, informative, friendly, professional and has herself, had to put up with the extremely lengthy process of our 2.5 yr search for our next property. In all this time, she has never wavered in her genuine desire for us to get to this point and it's been all made so much easier to have had one constant voice that we trusted and very much needed. Just Mortgages were highly professional, throughout our extended house purchase. We had quite a complicated situation, and Laura had the patience of a saint in working with us to make sure we had all of the right paperwork in place. I initially contacted FJL as I was undecided whether to sale or rent out my flat. I decided I would keep it and rent but the mortgage advisor I used before had let me down. The mortgage and house hunting has been an nightmare at no fault of FJL and they kindly helped by introducing me to Laura Jeffries. She has been amazing and patient. A real dream to work with. Laura has helped me by over coming any obstacles that has come in the way with ease and when I have felt stressed out and anxious she reassured me that things will be fine. The process has been so much easier having gone with recommendations for solicitors and now insurance through Laura too. She has really helped me turn a dream into a reality for me and my son. Laura Jeffries was an absolutely fantastic mortgage advisor. She stayed in communication throughout the process - even after her part in the process was over. Due to a chain causing delays, my original mortgage offer expired, Laura was able to get me a new, and even better, offer in a few weeks. She was super attentive and ensured that my solicitors were on top of everything. She is also very compassionate and empathetic towards first time buyers, reassuring my concerns and answering my many questions at all hours.
