        Today my mum and I managed to get my dad his Christmas present, we were invited by such a wonderful woman named Irene (I really hope thats how its spelt) she went above and beyond to make this shopping experience a great one for sure, super helpful recommended some great products and she was polite/understanding and just had an overall joyful energy I can not recommend her enough when u go in the Islington branch thank you so much!

        Lovely store, lovely staff. Only four stars because L'occitane have discontinued the best volume shampoo ever, and never brought it back. New range body and strength is nowhere near as good. I buy hair repair range sometimes, but not as often as I would buy volume range. Myself, my sister and my mother we all used to use that shampoo. After it was discontinued we rarely shop there.
