Couldnt recommend Albany Carpets enough! Excellent customer service and was able to fit in with my holiday to fit the flooring. Superb fitters and I am so happy with my floor. Thanks so much again!

Very friendly family business and great fitting team who even came back about 2 months after fitting when we noticed an area at the door bar what wasn't quite right. We also had some offcuts made into door mats. Great service all round and would highly recommend.

Albany Carpets is the best carpet company I have come across so far. It has a huge collection of beautiful carpets covering both classic and in trend styles. The prices are very competitive and the service is exceptional. We visited the place multiple times sharing our requirements with Brian and Mariam (the owners). They were very patient with our requirements and gave us best solutions. The fitting was done in time by their excellent fitting team and were joined by Brian (owner) to ensure our needs were met. The team helped us with our squeaky floorboards as well without any extra charges. This company is the best in the market. I will always come back to this store for all my carpet needs. Special shoutout to lovely owners Brian and Mariam for all their help and professional advice.
