        I travelled for over an hour to West Ham for a viewing, then when I arrived Melissa told me she had left because she couldnt get hold of me (I was in the tube, and no, I wasnt late). After a very long process of trying to rent a flat from them, they tried to get me to sign an erroneous tenancy agreement full of typos and missing pages, eventually I gave up and they kept my holding deposit. Lost 300 to them but still think I dodged a bullet, if that doesnt indicate how bad they are then idk what would. Wouldve given a zero if possible.

        It was so bad I wanna give you a zero but that's not possible so I give you a 1 - if you are thinking of renting a property through them please don't, took 6 months (in a 12 month lease) to fix an issue and then took over a month to release the deposit and that was only after numerous chasers on our side. Such an incompetent company!!

        AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This is worst agents I have ever rented from, and believe me i've had some real nightmares. The key hand over consisted of leaving the keys hidden under something out front. They wouldn't let us have our landlords contact details for months. told our landlord we hadn't been paying our rent on time while withholding it. Even after my landlord made the decision to leave they are still hanging around like a bad smell. and still causing problems. if i could leave zero stars i would.
