        Poor customer service, I needed a replacement sim as my phone has been stolen but they weren't helpful at all, so I had to order a new sim online.

        I went in store today at around 4pm and approached a sales assistant who was perched up on his phone. He was the most disinterested person I have ever come across in retail. He was sarcastic and flippant towards me, passing condescending remarks. While serving me, he went over to one of his colleagues and I glanced over in their direction and he sarcastically sneered at me and said alright?. I have never been treated like that. I got up and left and walked next door to Vodafone where I gave them my business and was served to a high standard. This sales assistant did not wear a name badge so I am unable to name him, but if I could, I wouldnt hesitate in doing so.
