        Shocking!! Do Not use. Chaotic shambles & today they put pressure on me to sign documents on Sarah's phone without letting me read them first. Every day 2 or 3 new carers arrived up to 2 hours late.

        Terrible quality of care, absolutely abysmal, one star is too much, minus stars would be a better option. Avoid if you can. Update: The gent involved died, I'm absolutely 100% certain his poor care contributed to his death. He was unsentimental - rude even - but on two occasions I found him crying over the upset caused by his so called carers. They caused him so much grief. Why Islington Council hasnt closed these appalling people down is beyond me. A disgrace!

        Amazing quality of care from the HomeDot Care team for my dad. They stepped up quickly via NHS urgent referral as his condition worsened suddenly and I felt supported by the professional and calm manner of the team. Thank you.

        I have been working for Homedot care since February 2020, and my experience with them is so amazing. I am super proud of the whole team especially my manager OWUSUA - a manager who looks out for the well-being of her employees.. A manager who is always making sure you get your hours so that by the end of the month youll be able to pay your bills and even have extra to save for rainy day ?? A manager who from day one has updated her employees on everything about Covid-19, making sure PPEs are always available..May you remain blessed.. A manager who is always making sure that service users are getting quality care they deserve.. I am indeed privileged to work under someone as caring and understanding as you Owusua???????????? SERIOUSLY GREAT COMPANY TO WORK FOR!!!
