I don't often take the time to write reviews but I would like to highlight my positive experience with Savills. I came across Savills among other agencies in Islington during my search for a one-bedroom rental flat and had several viewings with them. They were always punctual, transparent and professional. The search was proving very difficult due to the current rental market being very competitive. Nevertheless, Lucy (big shout out to her!) kept contacting me with new potential flats and I finally managed to secure a flat thanks to Lucy having me on top of her list when another potential tenant dropped out during the referencing process. I needed to move in urgently, so Lucy did her very best to speed up the process and assist me with the right to rent and referencing steps as well as negotiate the best outcome with the landlord. As a result, I was able to move into the flat one week after Lucy had called me to say the flat had become available again - truly record-breaking! My experience with Savills has continued to be positive since my move-in during mid March 2023, with my new contact person being quite responsive regarding a maintenance issue that came up after my move-in. Thank you Savills - especially Lucy - for helping me find my new home!
